Shipping, Returns & Ordering
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and its territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take a few extra days.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it in time.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please email us a photo and your order number — we’ll send a replacement right away.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped yet. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Are your supplements vegan?
Some are, some aren’t. All vegan-friendly products are clearly marked on the product page. For example, our Digestive Enzyme Blend and Ashwagandha Capsules are vegan. Others, like Collagen Gummies, are not.
Are your products safe to use daily?
Yes! All formulas are developed for daily use and are tested by third-party laboratories for safety and quality.
Are your supplements FDA approved?
Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA, but all NULI products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities.
Where are the products made?
All products are capsuled or packaged in the USA, using globally sourced, quality-tested ingredients.
Do your supplements contain allergens?
All allergen information is listed on each product page. For example, some products may contain soy or fish, while others are lactose-free and corn-free.
Can I see your certificates?
Yes! We have relevant certificates for all NULI products, including third-party lab tests and manufacturing standards. If you'd like to see the certificates for a specific product, just send us a message — we’re happy to provide them.
